5 Gallon Barreled Water Production Line

The 5 Gallon Barreled Water Production Line integrates a bottle washing machine, a filling machine and a sealing machine into one unit.
In order to achieve the purpose of cleaning and disinfection, the bottle washer uses multiple injection cleaning and disinfection sprays, and the cleaning liquid can be recycled. The sealing machine can automatically seal the bottle cap. The bottled water production line is equipped with a water spray device to sterilize the bottle caps to ensure that the bottle caps are sterile and healthy. The bottled water filling machine can also automatically perform bottle washing, disinfection, filling, capping, counting and product pouring. The Water Filling Machine has complete functions, novel design and high degree of automation. The barreled water filling equipment is a new type of barreled water automatic production line, which integrates mechanical, electrical and pneumatic technologies.

The bottled water filling machines is designed to produce 5 gallons of bottled water. There are 8 types of water injection machines, which can produce 60, 100, 150, 300, 450, 900, 1200 and 2000 5-gallon barrels of drinking water per hour. Each machine consists of a washer, a filling machine and a capping machine. There are several types of sprayers for flushers, which can be used to clean water and disinfectants. The disinfectant can be recycled. The filling machine also has an automatic capping device and a cap washing device. The entire production line can automatically load barrels, rinse, disinfect, fill, cap, count, and output.
