The bottled juice production line includes water treatment system, blending system, bottle blowing machine, bottled juice filling machine, packaging system, etc. The bottled juice filling machine adopts a fully enclosed window seal, and the filling area is separated from the bottle washing area to ensure that the environment in the filling area meets the requirements for medium-temperature filling. The bottle conveying part adopts the active clamp transfer, which minimizes the adjustment operation of the equipment when changing the bottle type while ensuring the bottle mouth remains unchanged.
Bottled juice filling machine series include: orange juice filling machine, mango juice filling machine, strawberry juice filling machine, blueberry juice filling machine, apple juice filling machine, etc. The bottled juice filling equipment adopts the bottleneck suspension technology design, and uses the filling valve to lift, which can meet the technical requirements of hot filling below 95 degrees. The filling action is smooth, fast, high-precision, reliable sealing, low material loss and other functions to effectively avoid secondary pollution of the bottle mouth.
