Bottled pure water filling machine combines the three functions of washing, filling and capping, and the whole process realizes automation. Bottled pure water filling equipment is suitable for mineral water, pure water, drinking water, spring water etc. This pure water filling machine is made of high quality SUS304 material, and the main parts are made by CNC machine tool.
Bottled pure water filling equipment uses advanced optoelectronics to detect the running state of each component. Pure water filling machine has no filling bottle, no bottle without lid, high automation.
1. Bottles are fed by air conveyance devices, and the bottleneck method of hanging cards is adopted. The bottling speed is fast, so that the bottle will not deform.
2. The bottleneck is washed with advanced card bottleneck technology to avoid contact with threaded nozzle, which is more hygienic. Bottle neck technology is used for bottle transportation. Changing the shape of a bottle requires no adjustment of height.
3. The pure water filling equipment adopts cylinder type feeding structure, and the filling valve adopts new high-speed and large flow filling valve, with accurate measurement.
4. The pure water filling machine adopts capping technology imported from France is adopted. The capping device is installed in a lower position and the cover is placed horizontally.
