After simple adjustment of some parts, can also be used for pure water, mineral water filling production. Fruit juice filling machine can meet the technical requirements of hot filling below 95℃, and is equipped with the CIP cleaning system, which can clean the liquid contact places such as the liquid cylinder, pipeline and so on.

Fruit juice filling machine adopts micro-gravity negative pressure filling technology, filling more rapid, stable, accurate, equipment equipped with a perfect reflux system, to avoid the secondary pollution and oxidation of drinks. Fruit juice filling machine adopts man-machine interface touch screen control, PLC computer control, inverter control and other advanced technology.

The filling valve of the fruit juice filling equipment is made of AISI304 and connected with the static and static seal through the stainless steel sanitary pipe. With the lifting mechanism under the action of the CAM in the realization of rise and fall, bottle mouth contact after the filling valve to open the filling process.
