Complete pure water production line consists of a multifunctional bottle blowing machine, bottle unscrambler, water treatment equipment, an empty bottle air conveying system, bottle cap cleaning machine, and three-in-one pure water filling machine.
Water treatment equipment: adopt the original American nanofiltration membrane (such as RO membrane for pure water). The water source can be groundwater or tap water to ensure that the quality of the effluent reaches the national pure water standard.
Empty bottle air conveying system: air duct conveying line, professionally designed for conveying empty PET bottles of various shapes and sizes. Modular design, air duct installation and workshop production line layout are simple and fast. Different conveying methods can be designed for different bottle types. The conveying speed can be controlled by adjusting the wind pressure and wind speed.
The pure water filling machine adopts star-wheel drive technology to realize automatic bottle washing, filling, capping and other processes. The air duct is directly connected with the bottle feeding wheel, and the bottle transmission adopts the bottleneck carding technology in the whole process, so there is no need to adjust the height of the equipment to change the bottle shape. The pure water filling machine completes the three processes of bottle washing, filling and capping at one time, with small bottle abrasion and accurate and stable transmission. High-speed and large-flow gravity filling valve, fast filling speed, accurate liquid level without liquid loss. The bottle bottom support plate of the bottle output wheel adopts the screw down method, and the height of the bottle conveyor chain is not required to change the bottle shape.
