Complete water production line is suitable for the filling of 150-1500ml bottled water. The filling measurement is accurate, no bubbles, no drips, short filling cycle and high production capacity. Powerful PLC software support can realize the ideal filling operation. Man-machine friendly interface, all operations are completed on the touch-screen color screen.
No need to add spare parts to replace the filling specifications, just make adjustments to complete. Users can choose the number of filling heads of the water filling machine according to their own production capacity
The bottle enters the three-in-one water filling machine under the action of the wind through the air duct for washing, filling and capping.
In the water production line, there are two options for lid sterilization:
1. Equipped with a bottle cap disinfection cabinet. After the bottle caps are disinfected, the capping machine sends the bottle caps to the cap sorting device, and slides to enter the capping device.
2. Equipped with an online bottle cap disinfection machine. First, the capping machine sends the bottle caps into the cap sorting device, then enters the disinfection machine, and sequentially performs disinfection water rinse, sterile water rinse, air-drying, and finally slides to the seal Cover part.
