Drinking Water Bottling Machine is mainly used for water filling. Set cleaning, filling, sealing in one, to achieve full automation of the whole process, suitable for mineral water, pure water polyester bottles, plastic bottles filling. Suitable for various parts of the bottle type, easy to adjust, convenient and fast. The new micro negative pressure filling is stable and reliable. Drinking Water Bottling Machine

Main features: 
Rinser The bottle enters into the rinsing part of Drinking Water Bottling Machine through air conveyor.
The grippers take the bottles from the inlet star-wheel while they are still driven by the star-wheel, thus guaranteeing a safe grip. 
After the gripping, the bottle is turned upside down with 180 degree and cantered above a spraying nozzle which directs a stream of rinse water into the bottle. After the draining period the bottle is turned over to an upright position again to filling machine.
Rotary wheel fully made of stainless steel SUS 304. 
Gravity filling method. 
Filling valves are made of SUS316L. 
Filling valves are reasonably structured with accurate filling. 
Filling flow can reach 200ml per second. 
Bottles go up and down in the function of cam through elevator, to process filling with contact to bottle-mouth. 
Level of cylinder is controlled with float-ball. 
Filler is driven through gears inside the machine frame. 
Link-wheels in rinser, filler and capper are transported in ringed support of bottle-neck
Filling heads
Capper 1 Place and capping system, electromagnetic capping heads, with burden discharge function, make sure minimum bottle crash during capping
2 All 304/316 stainless steel construction
3 No bottle no capping
4 Automatic stop when lack of bottle
The machine frame is a welded structure of high quality carbon steel with the surface anti-rust treated and coated. The machine frame is wrapped with stainless steel sheet (ANSI304). 
Driving system of the 3-in-1 unit is positioned under the machine table. One main motor provides driving power via gear transmission. 
The gear transmission system is an interleaved arrangement of steel gears and nylon gears. 
The output shaft of the main motor is equipped overload protection to secure machine safety. 
Electrical control
The electrical cabinet is made of coated carbon steel. From bottle infeed to bottle discharge, a PLC controls the fully automatic operation of the 3-in-1 unit.
