Juice beverage filling equipment is suitable for orange juice, pear juice, mango juice, strawberry juice, blueberry juice and other juice drinks. The juice beverage filling machine adopts a sanitary filling head system, an umbrella flow structure, fast filling speed, and filling head that can meet the requirements of full filling and sanitation.
The bottle is sent to the rinsing mechanism by rotating the dial wheel, the bottle clamp is opened, and the bottle mouth is clamped. The bottle clamp is turned 180° by the guide rail to make the bottle mouth downward. To achieve high-pressure flushing of the inner wall of the bottle from bottom to top, the flushing time is about 3-5s. After rinsing, rotate 180° counterclockwise again, put the bottle down, and transfer to the juice beverage filling machine by rotating the dial.
The juice beverage filling machine is equipped with a constant temperature circulation system, automatic temperature control, and automatic reflux. The juice beverage filling equipment uses the filling head to move up and down, and the bottles run on the same level to ensure the stability of the bottles in and out.
