The juice bottling machine adopts the principle of micro-negative pressure gravity filling, which is fast, stable and accurate. Juice bottling machine is equipped with a complete material return system, and can also realize independent air return during return, without contact with the material, reducing secondary pollution of the material And oxidation.
1. The filling valve and the material inlet and outlet pipes have no sanitary dead corners, and are equipped with CIP self-cleaning interfaces. Before capping, there is a RO water flushing device for the bottle mouth to ensure that the bottle mouth is not moldy.
2. Magnetic torque type capping head is adopted to realize the functions of capping and capping. The screwing torque is steplessly adjustable, and it has the function of screwing and sealing the plastic cover with a constant torque.
3. The juice bottling equipment adopts man-machine interface touch screen control, PLC computer program control, inverter control and other technologies.
