Common faults and handling methods of juice filling machines

Fault problem:

If we are filling large specifications and the material tank is not replenished enough, the liquid level will be unstable. Causing inaccurate filling.

Solution:

You can increase the feeding amount or close the ball valve again, reset the filling time (extend the filling time), and slow down the filling speed to solve the problem.

 

Fault issue:

If the time does not change after adjusting the number dial or unit.

Solution:

At this point, turn off the power and reconnect it.

 

Fault problem:

If there is sufficient replenishment in the material tank, the liquid level is also stable, and the filling amount is inaccurate.

Solution:

There may be debris blocking the filling channel. Check the inlet of the material trough or the filling mouth, and clean up any debris.

 

Fault problem:

If there is a problem of dripping after closing and stopping liquid filling.

Solution:

1. The filling nozzle orifice may be damaged, and the filling nozzle can be removed to repair the orifice. The diameter of the orifice should not exceed 7.5mm. After repairing the aperture, gently grind the flat surface of the aperture on a water sanded paper.

2. The ball valve inside the filling head is damaged and needs to be replaced.

 

Fault problem:

If the injection switch is touched and the material is not filled, the digital indicator LED of the time relay will not flash.

Solution:

It is possible that the injection switch is damaged or the time relay base is loose. Replace the injection switch with the same model or tighten the time relay base.

 

Fault problem:

If the material is not filled after touching the injection switch, but the digital LED indicator light of the time relay flashes.

Solution:

1. Check if there is air pressure or if the pressure is too low. If it does not meet the air pressure requirements, we need to adjust it in a timely manner and start the machine for observation.

2. If the air pressure meets the requirements, it may be that the solenoid valve coil is damaged or the pneumatic valve core is stuck by dirt. You can unplug the power supply, open the board, use a tool to rotate or press the button next to the corresponding solenoid valve coil. If the valve can reverse, it indicates that the solenoid valve coil is damaged. If it cannot reverse, it indicates that the valve core is stuck. You can replace the solenoid valve coil or disassemble the valve for repair.

Application and Maintenance of Fruit Juice Filling Production Line

Before using the fruit juice filling production line, the storage tank should be cleaned with hot water and then disinfected with steam. Pour the slurry into the cylinder from the material pipe fixed on the cylinder head, or open the poured cylinder head. Do not fill the material too fully to prevent it from being stirred by the mixer during splashing, causing environmental hygiene or loss. When heating, it is necessary to close the refrigerant inlet valve, discharge the remaining refrigerant from the jacket, then feed, start the mixer, and then open the steam valve. After reaching the required temperature, the steam valve should be closed first, and then the mixer should be closed 2-3 minutes later.

Application and maintenance of juice filling production line:

1、 Cooling method: Close the steam valve, discharge the remaining steam to condense the water jacket, and then open the cylinder bottom refrigerant valve to allow the refrigerant to pass through the water jacket, reducing the temperature of the materials in the cylinder.

2、 Insulation: Start the mixer and high-speed valve according to the required temperature, and maintain the temperature (pay attention to the thermometer) to achieve the purpose of insulation.

3、 Cleaning: After processing, discharge the remaining condensate from the cylinder jacket, clean the viscous substances with warm water as soon as possible, then clean the inner wall of the container with 40C-50C alkaline water, and rinse with clean water. Next time using, disinfect with hot water or steam (90 ℃) or higher for 2-3 minutes.

4、 Maintenance: Always pay attention to the working condition of the entire juice filling production line and reducer. When the lubricating oil of the reducer is insufficient, it should be replenished immediately. The oil should be changed every six months. When not using the equipment, it is necessary to rinse the cylinder liner with warm water to avoid salt water corrosion, and regularly scrub the cylinder body to maintain a clean appearance and bright inner liner, achieving long-term use.
