The mineral water bottling machine is a model independently researched and developed by Modern Machinery combined with foreign advanced filling technology. The mineral water bottling line is suitable for the filling and production of non-carbonated beverages such as mineral water, pure water and drinking water. The mineral water bottling machine adopts the bottleneck positioning and supporting bottle bottom conveying method, and it can be applied to various sizes of bottle types with only a few changes. The filling method of the mineral water bottling line adopts micro-negative pressure gravity filling, which improves the filling speed and can accurately control the filling level.
Rotary bottle washing part: stainless steel bottle washing tongs hold the bottle stable and reliable, and the bottle washing efficiency is high.
Rotary filling part: all parts in contact with the product are made of 304 stainless steel. Both the inner and outer surfaces of the filling tank are mirror polished. The mineral water bottling machine is designed and manufactured by our country by introducing foreign technology and using the principle of self-weight reflux filling.
Rotary capping part: mechanical cap sorting device, with high efficiency and good stability for large cap sorting. There are few caps in the hopper and automatically send signals to the capping machine, with automatic cap refilling function.
