The composition of the mineral water production line includes: automatic bottle blowing machine, bottle washing, filling and capping mineral water filling machine, sleeve labeling machine, inkjet printer, palletizer, film packaging machine, solid bottle conveying system and other lines.


The structure of the mineral water filling machine is divided into the main body, the bottle washing part, the bottle filling part, and the bottle capping part. All controls are controlled by plc, including manual and fully automatic. The manual state is used to debug the mineral water filling machine, and the fully automatic state is used by the mineral water manufacturer. The electrical components are Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Omron. The user-friendly operation interface makes it easy to communicate face-to-face with the mineral water filling machine. Important parameters of the mineral water production equipment are displayed on the man-machine operation interface for real-time control.
