Pure water filling equipment adopts Italian technology to make the filling speed faster under the premise of meeting the required liquid level for water filling. The bottle lifting mechanism and other places use German igus corrosion-resistant and maintenance-free bearings, which do not need to be lubricated, which can avoid contamination of the bottle and the material in the bottle and the filling environment.
The filling valve is made of AISI304 and is connected with static and dynamic seals through stainless steel sanitary pipes. The lifting mechanism realizes the ascent and descend under the action of the cam, and the bottle mouth contacts the filling valve to open the filling process. The capping machine is a very important part of the pure water filling equipment, which has a great influence on the reliability of the equipment operation and the defective rate of the product.
