Pure water filling system is mainly used for the production of PET bottled mineral water, purified water, drinking water, spring water and other non-gas beverages, and realizes bottle washing, filling and capping on one pure water filling machine. The pure water filling machine adopts the design of the bottleneck suspension operation mode, so that the bottle is stable and reliable under high-speed operation; at the same time, the number of changing parts is greatly reduced, so that it is more convenient and faster to change the bottle shape.
1. A new generation of stainless steel flip-type bottle clamps are used to make the clamps do not touch the part above the thread of the bottle mouth, and there is a spray head to make the inner wall of the bottle flush sufficiently without dead ends.
2. The pure water filling equipment adopts the principle of gravity filling, and the filling is fast, stable and accurate.
3. Magnetic torque type capping head is adopted to realize capping and capping. The capping torque is steplessly adjustable, and the sealing is tight and reliable without damaging the cap.
4. The pure water filling equipment adopts man-machine interface touch screen buttons, PLC computer control, equipped with missing cover, overload protection alarm device, can detect and eliminate faults in time, and has a high degree of production automation.
