Purified water bottling machine consists of bottle washing machine, filling machine, capping machine and conveyor line. Purified water bottling equipment adopts PLC control with high degree of automation, suitable for square bottles and irregular bottles, and the output can be adjusted appropriately. Purified water bottling equipment is all made of high-quality stainless steel. The flushing clamp is controlled by a micro cylinder, which is reliable in clamping. The filling head is a sealed pressure type filling with no external drops. The capping head is a magnetic capping head to ensure the tightness of the cap. The speed of the conveyor line can be steplessly adjusted to ensure that the speed of the complete purified water equipment matches.
Purified water bottling line integrates washing, filling and capping, and the electrical circuit is controlled by PLC, which monitors the operating parameters and conditions of the pure water filling equipment in real time. Auxiliary equipment: purified water treatment equipment, bottle blowing machine, bottle unscrambler, bottle drying machine, sleeve labeling machine, labeling machine, automatic film packaging machine, laser inkjet printer, automatic cartoning machine.
