The juice beverage filling machine integrates the three functions of washing, filling and capping into one body. Juice beverage filling machine adopts advanced programmable logic controller (PLC) to control the automatic operation of the juice apparatus. Bottle conveyor chain using the air supply, with the drive and the host, the bottle-feeding operation more reliable. The photoelectricity detects the running status of each component; has a high degree of automation and simple operation.
Juice and tea drinks in two ways: high-temperature hot filling and aseptic cold filling. Hot filling process more economical and more reliable. Requires juice filling machine will remain fixed at a value of between 85 ℃ ~95 ℃ after performing UHT UHT juice and tea drinks, and the filling is completed in a short time, which is the high-temperature filling.
