Small scale juice bottling equipment introduces Italian technology and precision manufacturing, which can realize aseptic filling, add a constant temperature system, and replace some accessories, which can adapt to the filling process requirements of heat-resistant PET bottles, juice beverages, tea beverages, and other beverages. Small scale juice bottling machine has advanced technology, small footprint and compact structure.
The parts of the juice bottling equipment in contact with the juice are made of N304 high-quality stainless steel, the main electrical components are made by Mitsubishi, Omron, and the pneumatic components are made from brands such as Italy and Germany.
1. The juice bottling equipment adopts rotary intermittent spray flushing, transfers from the bottle in, clamps the bottle on the shelf, inverts the bottle and turns over, synchronously sprays in the bottle until the bottle is drained and enters the filling.
2. The juice bottling machine adopts a unique card bottle mouth for atmospheric filling to ensure accurate sealing of the bottle mouth and the filling valve mouth, eliminating the original bottle bottom filling caused by the bottle not round or the bottle body is skewed and the bottle wall is thin. The leakage phenomenon.
3. The juice bottling machine adopts Japanese Mitsubishi frequency conversion speed regulation and Mitsubishi programmable logic controller (PLC) control, which realizes automatic control of the whole process from bottle entering the machine to packaging.
4. The capping head is screwed with a magnetic clutch, and the torque can be adjusted to ensure the quality of the capping.
