1. The filling valve adopts normal pressure mechanical valve, filling is quick and sensitive, and the filling liquid level has high accuracy.
2. The main drive adopts gear mechanical independent transmission, which has high efficiency, low noise, long life, convenient maintenance, and sufficient lubrication. The frequency converter is used to control the speed of the main motor of the spring water bottling machine. The spring water bottling line adopts frequency conversion stepless speed regulation.
3. The bottle guide system has a simple structure, and the bottleneck structure can be changed according to the bottle type.
4. The spring water bottling equipment is automatically controlled. If there is a bottle, no bottle, no cap, no cover, lubrication, etc., all adopt PLC control.
5. The liquid level of the material in the filling tank is controlled by a liquid level probe to ensure a stable liquid level and reliable filling.
6. The key parts and electrical components of this machine are imported products.
7. The material level in the filling tank is automatically controlled.
