Water Filling Production Line Description:

The water filling production line is composed of bottle washing machine, filling machine, capping machine, frame, window sealing, main motor and transmission system, bottle transmission mechanism, cap sorting device and electrical control system.

Water Filling Production Line

The turning mechanism of the bottle washing machine mainly consists of a water distribution tray, a bottle washing clamp, an upper turntable, a guide rail, a protective cover, a water spray device, and a water receiving tray.

The water filling machine is mainly composed of filling barrel, filling valve, guide rail, lifting device, and bottle lifting device.

The capping mechanism consists of three parts: cap sorting device, cap-dropping guide rail and capping machine.

Auxiliary (or optional) equipment includes flushing water return tank, bottle inlet air duct and bottle outlet chain. In addition, manual bottle loading platform (or bottle unscrambler) and multi-row differential chain manual bottle discharging can be configured according to customer requirements. Table, automatic capping machine, etc.
