This bottle depalletizer is to unload the palletizing bottles or aluminum cans from the palletizing plate with each layer as the unit by automatic. It removes the cardboard between the layers, and complete the unloading action automatically, then transfer the bottles to the filling line.

Q1: Does your beer bottling line support both glass bottles and PET bottles, and what are the differences?
A: Yes, it supports both glass and PET bottles. Glass: better taste retention, high pressure resistance, suitable for long storage; PET: lightweight, low cost, convenient transport, ideal for quick sales.
Q2: What is dissolved oxygen (DO) pickup, and how does your machine minimize it to protect beer quality?
A: DO pickup means oxygen mixing into beer during production, ruining flavor and shortening shelf life. Our line uses fully sealed pipeline, vacuum deoxygenation and low-speed filling to greatly cut oxygen intake.
Q3: Does the line include a pasteurizer, and what type — tunnel pasteurizer or flash pasteurizer?
A: Yes, pasteurizer is included. We offer both tunnel pasteurizer and flash pasteurizer for option.Tunnel is for finished bottled beer; flash is for beer liquid before filling.
Q4: What capping types does the beer bottling line support — crown cap, screw cap, or both?
A: It supports both crown cap and screw cap, easy to switch.
Q5: Can the line handle both lager beer and carbonated craft beer with higher CO₂ levels?
A: Yes, it supports both.It can adjust pressure and filling parameters stably to adapt high CO₂ craft beer and regular lager beer.
Q6: What is the production capacity range for the beer bottling line?
A: Capacity ranges from 2000 to 36000 bottles per hour, covering small, medium and large production demands.
Q7: Is bottle washing (rinsing or sterilization) included before filling?
A: Yes, full automatic bottle rinsing and sterilizing unit is standard equipped before filling.
Q8: How does the line handle foaming during filling to minimize beer loss?
A: Adopt low-pressure back pressure filling and foam suppression design, control flow speed steadily to reduce foaming and cut beer waste.
Q9: Can the same line be used for filling both beer and other carbonated beverages like cider or kombucha?
A: Yes, it can. Just adjust filling pressure, carbonation level and CIP cleaning parameters to fit cider, kombucha and other carbonated drinks.
Q10: What are the hygiene and food safety standards the beer filling line complies with?
A: Complies with GB food safety standards, ISO22000, HACCP, CE and FDA rules. Uses food-grade stainless steel, full CIP sterilization and strict sanitary design.
