The 5 gallon filling machine is specially for 5 gallon bucket water filling. It integrates bottle multi-washing, automatic water filling and cap sealing into one machine. With PLC control of all actions of the whole machine, it can achieve stable flushing effect, accurate filling capacity, and airtight capping effect.
The 5 gallon water filling machine consists of a frame, water tank, pipes, water pumps, cylinders, transmission devices, electrical appliances, etc. It can complete empty barrel rinsing, filling, capping and other actions. After multiple rinsing steps, quantitative filling, automatic capping, all the actions of the whole machine are controlled by a computer, achieving stable flushing effect, accurate filling capacity, and sealing effect.
