Beverage carbonation machine is a new type of mixer that developed by ourselves on the basis of introducing foreign technology. The machine is the most important equipment for CSD filling plant, it can degas the water and mix it with the syrup, and mix the 2.5~4.5 times of CO2 in volume under the pressure and the low temperature which realized by heat exchanging system.

This beverage carbonation machine is mainly composed of degassing unit, mixing unit, cooling unit, pre-carbonation unit, carbonation unit, electrical control unit and rack.


1) Degassing unit
The system uses a vacuum pump to vacuum the degassing tank to maintain a certain negative pressure in the degassing tank. The treated water enters the degassing tank in the form of mist through the nozzle on the top of the degassing tank. Under the condition of negative pressure, the gas in the water is easier to discharge, which is convenient for the dissolution of carbon dioxide in the subsequent stage and the control of the amount.

2) Mixing unit
The degassed treated water and the cooled syrup enter the T-shaped mixing pipe at a certain mixing ratio through the flow regulating device and then enter the mixing tank. The water tank, syrup tank and mixing tank work under the same and constant gas pressure, thereby improving the accuracy of mixing and the stability of the flow rate, and ensuring the isolation of the material liquid from the atmosphere and ensuring that the mixed liquid is not polluted by the atmosphere. The water tank and syrup tank in the mixing system accurately control the liquid level through the internal float device, and the liquid level in the mixing tank is precisely controlled through the regulating valve.

3) Cooling unit
The mixed liquid is cooled to the optimal carbonation temperature through the heat exchange device to ensure the stable operation of the subsequent carbonation system.

4) Pre-carbonation unit
The CO2 gas is injected into the ejector in a certain amount through the metering device, and mixed with the cooled liquid through the ejector to achieve a certain amount of CO2 gas addition.

5) Carbonation unit
The pre-carbonized beverage enters the carbonation tank in the form of mist through the nozzle on the top of the carbonization tank, and the mist-like liquid is fully fused with the added CO2 gas to achieve the expected beverage gas content. The CO2 pressure control system controls the CO2 dosage to ensure the stable back pressure in the carbonation tank.

6) Electrical control unit
Configure programmable controller, human-machine interface, detection device, pneumatic control device and other electrical components and instruments, and realize automatic control through programmable controller.
