The water bottling machine is a rotary type filling machine that consisted of rinsing-filling-caping all together. It’s improved and designed from the small bottle filling machine and suitable for filling mineral water, pure water and distill water with capacity 800-2000 BPH. Our water bottling machine adopts the suspension design that allows to fill different type of the bottles from 5L to 10L with less changing parts.
The 3-in-1 structure is adopted, which reduces bottle abrasion, ensures smooth conveying and convenient bottle replacement. The specially designed stainless steel bottle clamp does not touch the threaded part of the bottle neck to avoid secondary contamination. The high-speed and high-flow filling valve ensures high filling speed and precise liquid level for the whole bottling machine.
