This automatic depalletizer is to unload the palletizing empty bottles or aluminum cans from the palletizing plate with each layer as the unit by automatic. It removes the cardboard between the layers and complete the unloading action automatically, then transfer the bottles or cans to the filling line.
1. Replace manual bottle/can alignment and traditional automatic depalletizer, only two operators are needed to significantly save labor and increase production capacity.
2. Integrated independent control system improves movement accuracy and simplifies operation procedures.
3. Pallet lifting adopts photoelectric height detection, and electric pallet stacker ensures stable lifting performance.
4. Automatic bottle/can transmission system with adjustable speed and flexible manual guidance operation.
