The half tray cardboard shrink wrap packaging machine can form the half tray carboard automatically from one piece of carboard with hot melt glue applying, then wrap a layer of PE film around it and shrink into one complete package at hot temperature. Two functions are combined in one machine.
This combined half-tray cardboard shrink wrap packaging machine is a relatively advanced secondary packaging machine in the beverage industry. It is specially designed and manufactured for (canned and bottled) beverage production lines. Its function is to wrap a layer of packaging material on the cardboard tray that has been pre-filled with beverage bottles. The packaging material used is mainly LDPVC (low-density polyvinyl chloride), and then shrink the packaging material by heating it and make it close to the package, thus completing the packaging process.
