This detergent servo motor filling machine adopts servo motor control piston filling valve, suitable for filling shampoo, detergent and other viscous substances. It adopts linear filling and can be flexibly adapted to various container sizes without having to replace any parts.
This detergent filling machine is the piston type filling machine which has different capacity and speed options. It is a fully anti-drip filling machine, using PLC program control, photoelectric sensors, pneumatic execution, and can be connected with bottle washing, capping, labeling and packaging machines. It can suck in thick liquid such as sauces, jams, detergent, shampoo, etc. for feeding production. It has the submersible filling function, accurate metering, and no bubbles or depressions during the filling process.
