This rotary self-adhesive labeling machine is a kind of high-speed machine for self-adhesive laminated film or PVC labeling onto bottles. It’s fully automatic labeling process, replacing the manual labeling and enhancing the productivity. It adopts equivalent PLC, positioning module, servo motor and frequency converter.
This rotary self-adhesive labeling machine adopts the timing screw for separating bottles, the star wheel for positioning and feeding bottles, it can reach a high working speed of 200-400 bottles per minute. The labeling accuracy is ±1mm, making it suitable for packaging in industries such as beverages, dairy, food, and condiments.
