This edible oil filling machine is an automatic linear type piston filling machine. It is suitable for bottle sizes ranging from 200ml to 5L, adopts PLC control and servo motor filling with ±0.5% filling accuracy. The operator only needs to adjust the filling volume on the touch screen control panel, and the metering volume of each filling head can also be adjusted individually.
The servo motor can controll the filling more accurate and also it can realize the filling nozzle diving bottom-up filling. At the same time, the filling volume can be adjusted on the touch screen and has automatic fine turning function for each filling head.
The piston can be taken off from the cylinder for washing, which allows for better removal of residual material in the hopper tank and cylinder.
