This series of rotary olive oil filling machine adopts electronic flow meter or full servo motor to achieve low foam and high-precision filling, and can achieve non-contact filling under any temperature conditions. Compared with traditional linear filling, rotary filling is faster and more efficient, suitable for production of more than 2000 bottles per hour.
There are generally three types of olive oil filling machines: piston type filling, flow meter type filling, and weighing type filling
1. Piston filling machine: (also based on pneumatic principle)
Principle: By utilizing the reciprocating motion of the piston, the liquid is sucked in and discharged, achieving filling.
Advantages: Simple structure, convenient operation, and wide applicability.
Disadvantage: The filling accuracy is affected by the sealing performance of the piston, and the filling speed is relatively slow.
2. Flowmeter type filling machine:
Principle: Using a flow meter to measure liquid flow rate and achieve filling.
Advantages: High filling accuracy, fast speed, and high degree of automation.
Disadvantages: Complex structure, high cost, high requirements for liquid viscosity and temperature.
Disadvantages of flow meter filling machine
1. For edible oils with different viscosities, it may be necessary to calibrate and adjust the flow meter.
For edible oil containing particles or solid particles, the flow meter may be affected by blockage.
Due to the mechanical properties of the flow meter, it may require maintenance and replacement after prolonged use.
3. Weighing filling machine:
Principle: Using a weighing sensor to measure the weight of liquid and achieve filling.
Advantages: extremely high filling accuracy, fast speed, and high degree of automation.
Disadvantages: Complex structure, highest cost, and high environmental requirements.
